IS YOUR CHICKEN & CHICKEN PRODUCTS HAND SLAUGHTERED? 

Yes, Halalia only sells hand slaughtered chicken and chicken products. We do not sell any machine slaughtered meat or any of the meat that misses Allah's name during its slaughter.

          WAS MY MEAT CUT FRESH TO ORDER?

          Upon receiving your order, fresh halal meat items are cut straight from the carcass, packaged and transported below 4°C to your doorstep. This whole process occurs in 12-36 hours so you can be sure anything you order arrives in immaculate condition.

          IS MY PURCHASE ACTUALLY HALAL & TRACEABLE? 

          All of our meat and meat products are 100% Zabihah Halal and hand slaughtered. Australian produced, ethically raised and locally sourced from independent farms and suppliers who ensure the animals are raised on a diet free of hormones, antibiotics or animal by products.

           

          WERE THE ANIMALS REARED AND TREATED RESPECTFULLY?

          At Halalia, animal welfare is paramount to us. We as a company and as a Muslim, believe that for meat to be truly halal and tayyab, the quality of life & the way animals are raised before their slaughter is just as important as the method of slaughter itself. We only work with farmers and suppliers who rear animals with respect and dignity.

          Our delivery days are Saturdays.

          All Sydney Suburbs

           

          IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE WITH MY ORDER?

          Whether your order is big or small, there is one flat rate of $10.

          Please note: There is no delivery fee for Family Boxes.

          WHAT IS THE ORDER CUT-OFF TIME? 

          Thursday evening (8:00 pm) is the cut-off time for Saturday delivery otherwise we cannot guarantee delivery until the next week. 

           

          DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY? 

          Once your order is dispatched, a notification email will be send and our delivery staff will be in-touch on the morning of the delivery day via email or text message.

          On the day of delivery your meat box will be delivered to your chosen address of delivery. Please make sure someone is at home to sign for your purchase on delivery. Please note we are not responsible for any loss or theft of products after they have been delivered and received by the customer.
